3. This guy is abusing elixirs in BG. He is using 3 guardian elixirs at the same time. These are the elixirs:

As for http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=9088 + http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=10592, this is the first time I used it together and I expected it to override GoA. Theres even a report on catseye and I can confirm that I didn't notice both stacking.

Talking about http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=79640 (aka Alchemists Flask), I have been using that thing since ages so I didn't even pay attention. Feel free to ban be for 2 (http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=79640) but not for Catseye + GoA

Elixirs shouldn't stack, that's a bug. You know that and you are still abusing it. If you want to test the flasks, duel a friend and test it, don't test on BGs.

Again, technically I still "abused" only alchemists flask. (Which I'm not even using since you pointed out). For catseye, it wasn't a test, I was 100% sure that it will work as it should. I checked bug reports only after you posted the topic and only then I found that catseye is indeed bugged.

So for the first part, it wasn't abusing. For the second, indeed, you can call +320 int an abuse.

Speaking for testing, this is what people normally do. Test outside PvP or PvE.
