Christo Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 (edited) hi there,my characters name is Goldern on the 100x realm,i posted http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=65891/vial-of-the-sands in the auction house for 480k gold,it got sold few hours later but i only received 26k gold in the mailbox,the auction price was 479999...where is the rest of the gold??could you please assist as i have spent alot of gold and time collecting the materials and now all my hardwork is up in flames . is this a bug in the AH or has someone cheated? realm:100x game client: 64bit exe. thecaff Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 my wife has the same issue, she sold a geosynchronous world spinner on the auction house for 599,999 bid and 699,999 buyout, someone bought it out but she only received 270,000 (ish) from the auction house. the ticket system doesnt work so how can this issue be sorted? the Char name is : Skankyho Realm is :100x
Eldarion Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 They won't refound in-game losses of gold/items, if they reply they will say that AH is not perfect: relogs and crashes of the server may affect it. High money bids are always a risk, both for the seller and for the buyer, it's rare, but you can lose the item (getting a "item not found" while clicking on its icon in the AH mail) or get basically no gold (it can be lost gold or buyout price reset to a lower value after a crash). Black Market AH is even more a risk, so bid carefully.
