Then you use it again when the DoT has 2 seconds left (10,000 damage) the DoT duration gets refreshed, and the damage is now 30,000 over 4 seconds (7,500 damage/second). Basically, the Blackout Kick DoT Damage rolls into the next application, so you dont loose anything by refreshing the DoT, the damage adds on, so go on, spam away!"
