Description of the violation: Player somehow abused proc called "Wind lash" and made it proc 20 times in 5 seconds. As you see in this http://i.imgur.com/xFv5Qeb.jpg i just applied my hots on my partner and you can see how many times just one of each hot had the time to tic between Redarmy's windlash and Flametounge hit my partner..... 4.
