Can't join battlegrounds or arenas

Hello, i just bought a mage called (Lepakurva) but i can't join battlegrounds or arenas deleted cache already repaired twice, i can join on my other characters without any problems can you guys help me fix this problem? :)

Try to dead and after revive go to any protal.
