Renewing mist: "You surround the target with healing mist, restoring 5,846 health > every 1,75 sec Zen Sphere: "Forms a Zen Sphere above the target, healing the target for 7,340 and dealing 7,340 Nature damage to the nearest enemy within 10 yards of the target > every 2 sec There you have your time spamps, i dont think the shaman can use 9 windlash and 9 flametounge (he uses 18 attacks) in between the time of 1,75 seconds, my Renewing mist only have the time to tic 1 time....as i said before, read this thread carefully and use your brain.
