3. Supposed to give alchemists increased buffs from flasks/increase their duration. As an example, http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=8827 must have 20 minute duration if used by an alchemist with recipe.

http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=2454 must give 6 strength + 2h duration.
