Shepard Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Yea but it's only not applied when the party and raid members already have a buff that gives 5% Strength, Agility, and Intellect. I think they did this so it won't stack with other buffs that do the same thing like http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=1126/mark-of-the-wild and http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=20217/blessing-of-kings.
