hi, where host located in this server? i mean, what is host location or somthing. (god, my english is sucks)

i have 130 latency with Russia in DotA2, but +400 in this server,

1- give me a ip addres for check ping with this server please!

2- is there any proxy or somthing for decrease latency in this server?
