Guild Master issue

Im a Guild Master to one guild and today i saw i cant see the tabs. i try pass the lead to one friend and he couldnt see them too .. Im Guild M. again and still i cant see them . HOw can i fix this ? Edited April 25, 2015 by xoonia

Maybe you still need to purcase them:

 

Guild (J) > Info > Guild Control > Bank Tab Permissions (select from the top list) > Buy the missing ones and set the proper rules by "Rank to modify"

 

The 7th Guild Bank tab can be purcased from the Guild Vendor in any capital city, the 8th requires a long achievement to be unlocked.

 

Note: if you edit the Guild Ranks remember to check again the Rank Bank Permissions in order to avoid any issue.

the problem was that she is gm and she doesnt have access to the tabs,but the lower rank members have accept,the only solution is a script

Well, the post wasn't much clear about which was the tab issue (I wasn't even sure the issue was a guild bank one, since it wasn't written at all). My suggestion is to check the tab permissions first, then he can try to add to the guild a new rank for his own alts, a new highest just under GM for his alts only, and see if that works fine until a better solution comes out: he can give to that rank all the possible permissions and so manage the bank.

 

If the Guild is fresh and not much populated, it can also be reformed after telling the members, since anyway to reach lv25 one day is usually enough. But before considering this option, try posting on the technical support section with Guild Name, GM name and all the possible useful infomation (fondation date, when this problem came out, etc.)
