Hello! Me and some friends from x10 realm had this problem.

 

Type : Achievement

Urgency Rate: 5

ID: 2798

Name: Noble Gardener

Problem: Even if all small achievements are completed, the meta and title doesn't show.

Fixes: I tried to fix it with the Dalaran NPC for achievements - it didn't work.

I tried to relog and fix the character from site - nothing happened .

Name of character : Shandlyre - Realm 10x

As someone told me while I was having this problem on the x100 realm, the issue is with "Spring Fling" and "Noble Garden" achievements, which are different depending on your faction: to get the title, just do those two in the other faction (once logged a character of that faction, you'll see that he misses only those).

I did what Eldarion said and it worked like a charm. Thank you very much again!

I also presume that for all other World Events we should do the same: both the horde and alli achiev.
