3. How it should work: Casting http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=32546/binding-heal once should give only one stack of http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=63733/serendipity. And if you want to get two stacks of http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=63733/serendipity, then you have to cast http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=32546/binding-heal twice.

4. Date of which the spell was last tested: 08/5/2015.

5. Realm: Pandawow x100

6. Priority of the issue: 10/10.

as you can see from the combat log, I casted http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=32546/binding-heal only one time, and I got two stacks of http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=63733/serendipity
