How it works? You pick Rune, relog pick Invocation and you get both. On the ss you can clearly see he is using both which is total of +30% spell power. BLUE ONE AND PINK ONE = 30% SPELL POWER BOTH lvl 90 TALENT-explanation for not very smart.
