[Dungeon] Hour of Twilight

3. Problem/bug:

Case and point, you can't enter the dungeon.

4. How it should work:

The dungeon only works in Heroic Difficulty, as is posted in the first screenshot. Even if you do set it to Heroic however, it doesn't allow you to enter, at all, as is indicated by the second screenshot.

24/5/2015

7. Priority:

9/10, this WAS supposed to fixed according to http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=51674&p=392759&viewfull=1#post392759 but now, it's broken, again.

Same happens on x10, Hour of Twilight is closed and can't be done, not even if you did the chain quest to unlock HoT and Well of Eternity.

it is still inaccessible as of 27th of July. I'm stuck at the quest that leads to Hour of Twilight - http://www.wowhead.com/zone=5844/hour-of-twilight#comments but I can't enter the dungeon itself.
