Changing from Russian to Englsh

Hey there community. I have - maybe for You a simple question. I'm trying to change server's language from Russian to English. It says that I have to restart the game. I proceed with instructions but then I'm logging in again and... still Russian. Any advices? Sorry for trouble I bet it's really easy and I'm just too lazy/stupid to get the point. Thanks for help u.u
