Transmog issue

Hi!

I'm really liking to play on this server so far which is also why I've chosen to donate for the challenger set on my paladin. However I'm having trouble transmogging my gear into the look, not just the armor, but also my shield which I carefully picked out. When I log-in my armor and shield are no longer transmogged so I have to re-transmog which only works every 3rd log-in or so, this is of course also costing me gold every single time. However, the transmog resets after I use a portal, gryphon or enter into a bg or arena or logout. My sword which I transmogged into hailstorm always works, but instead that item has disappeared so it appears as if I no longer have it and if that transmog would also disappear I no longer have the option to re-transmog it. As of now (I think I've tried over 50 times) my leg-armor also stays transmogged (stayed after 3rd try), but nothing else will work.

 

So far I've tried to:

Put the items into the bank and transmog, then logout.

Put the items in my inventory and transmog, then logout.

Both of these with the transmog entering bg or portal.

Transmog 1 item at a time instead of all of them.

To clean out my cache, wtf and interface.

Repair my character.

 

There might be even more things I've tried that I've now forgotten, but this is really starting to annoy me and I would love it if there was an answer to my trouble.

Update:

I made the decision to try transmogging in another place (which is the only thing I can think about I didn't try) and went to Shrine of the Seven Stars in Pandaria and my transmog now seems to work!

No idea why, but for my paladin only mainhand works to transmog in Stormwind. In "sotss" all parts seems to be working.
