Problem with Pandawow RULE

I don't get what the fuck is wrong typing in CAPS. Why do the players get muted for typing in caps??!?!?!?!?!?!?While we r having a nice chat in the English Channel these fucking ugly fkin no life twats stare at the screen looking for CAPS and BOOM! muted. Like what did CAP letters do to u guys. I don't get this fucking rule. I understand the other rules ruse but what is fucking wrong with CAPS? You should remove this fucking rule form english chat, most players use CAPS to express feelings and you fucking ruin the moment like those fiilthy virgins who mute when players type in caps. Sure mute abuseing some one eles. But using CAPS does not kill anyone so fucking remove this rule from the rule shit.

caps mean taht you are yelling so that is why. Everywhere forums and let's say torrent sites writing in caps is forbidden
