This server have a serious problem about the hack, nobody do something with the hacker in bg... I'm horde and I'm conscious about the ally supremacy in bg BUT seriously they are hacking us all over, with flying hack speed hack some hack who disconnect you... common gms do something!!!

I'm just asking for more supervision in bg!!!

with more supervision we can have a fair and honest game

And about the sistem of report that you have ... common!!! you are practically ask for their type of blood to ban!!!

I'm conscious that no just the alliance hack in bg but maybe if you put more attention about this problem the server will be more fun to play!

remember I'm just ask for more supervision to have a fair and honest game!!!!

hacks are not on alliance alone, they are all over. and are not easy to detect unless they are reported. REPORT THEM! and they will be banned. i am new here, and i did not yet start BGs. but on another server i always saw hacks, and i reported Alliance as much as i reported Horde. the game is not fun with hacks.

don't be afraid, report them with screenshot that proves what you say. just like there is hackers on Microsoft and Apple and Adobe which can be considered the most important and used software, there will always be hacks anywhere else. your job is to report the hackers with proof (or maybe not, but you can definitely contribute in a better system).

I would like to volunteer again for this job, seeing how the community is almost desperate about the problem and I see it every day, both in chat and personally in BGs/arenas.

I want no money or bonuses or whatever else for it, the appreciation and respect showed to me by players is more then enough payment. Juster/Zeox, please make a decision and let me know about it, the faster the better. Now that my working schedule is easyer, I could happily invest up to 6-8h every day for this job.

As for the reporting system, it's running well even tho it has a few flaws. I will describe the flaws here, maybe convincing our developers to adjust it:

-if a player dies in the Icecrown Citadel area, he will get reported by the anticheat system even tho the player isn't cheating. This takes the GM away from other reports just to see it's a normal failed report from the anticheat system.

-if a player experiences heavy latency, the anticheat system will report it as speed hack. The GM is forced to double check the player both directly by teleporting to him AND checking his latency via command.

-if multiple players cheat at the same time, the chat is flooded with exploit reports. If a player just starts a cheating program and doesn't use it, just start it, it will get reported but the report could be lost in the heavy spam.

Besides these issues(wich aren't severe), the system is running perfectly. You see a higher number of cheaters now because the number of active GMs on the server has shrunk.

Would be good to see some more english community staff. To watch and reply faster to english section etc etc. I've asked for the same. No answer yet.

I hope you can moderate in bgs mate, we need more supervision here, if the situation continous like this, the hacker will force us to hacking too and at the end will be battle of hacker on bgs .... that's not will be fun at all >.

GMs have the liberty to moderate every chat and place because of accesibility using GM commands. Moderators, however, can only moderate public channels and places where he is present, they cannot see the chat in other areas, for example. :(

It's up to the administrators if they want free help or not. One word is enough and I'll start working.
