Tips for creating topics in Support section.

Please create topics with a clear description of the problem. It is in your best interest to get help as soon as possible, and this is possible only if you have clearly and clearly described your problem, and no one will have to spend a lot of time asking you about all the little things. In particular, we are interested in:

 

  • detailed information about who you are so that we can find your character and account,
  • screenshot of your game client, if the problem is related to it,
  • and a clear description of your problem.

How to create a thread to solve your problem as soon as possible:

 

Subject: briefly indicate what is the matter, so that the right employee will soon see that it is he who can help you. For example, "the character is blocked" or "error #132".

 

What should you write in your topic:

 

  1. Character Nickname and Realm. Or account login if you face issues with whole account.
    If the topic is about restoring access to your account, make it according to these rules, we need more accurate information from you.
  2. Describe the Problem. We are not psychics, we ourselves will not guess your nicknames and accounts, what you enabled or disabled, what you used, how you tried to solve the problem and whether you read the FAQ. Describe it by yourself in first topic.
    How much detail do I need to describe? Imagine telling this to people who have never played this game. So much. Thus, no one will have any additional questions for you.
    Describe all your actions that you have already taken yourself to solve your problem: reinstalling the client, cleaning the cache in the game folder, fixing the character in your personal account, restarting the PC + Internet, calling the provider, and so on.
    If you don't write something, you will be sent to read the FAQ.
    Remember: be sure to accompany your theme with screenshots. People love pictures. We love them too.
  3. If there is a problem with the game client, attach a screenshot of the game folder. Write where you downloaded it from (μTorrent\In-game download via our launcher\Full game client from Battle.net + our launcher).

 

 

 

Section rules:

  • Please follow the rules of the forum. For violation of the rules, in particular, obscene expressions, spam, discussion of third-party topics that are not related to the problems of the authors of topics, blocking may follow.
  • Do not bump a topic if an employee answered you in it and asked you to wait. Your bumps do not affect anything, the necessary information does not appear faster.
  • The topic can be closed if it is created without a description of the problem and specifying the necessary information or with violations of the rules of the forum.
  • There are cases when the administration is unable to help the user solve his problem. In such cases, do not give up trying to solve it yourself, look for information on the Internet, if you find it, be sure to contact us and share your experience - it can help other players.
  • If you received an answer, or as an answer you were given a link to a forum topic, please read everything that is written in the answer and in that topic, and not just one name. If you are too lazy to read, you should not create topics asking for help at all.

 

Important note:

  • We don't give items, achievements, currencies and so on, even if they are needed for quests/professions and so on.
  • We don't refund gold or other currencies.
  • We don't remove levels, reputations, mounts, characters, names, pets, spells and so on at your request. And we don't fix it personally if something didn't work. Everything that doesn't work can be fixed only through a bugtracker.
  • We don't give you quests, which you can't take because they're not working.
  • We don't repair spells personally. If it doesn't work - repair your character in control panel and create bug reports in a bug tracker.
  • We don't restore items if you looted boss and items disappeared after the server crash.
  • We do not return missing game mail. Be careful with nicknames and gold amount (no more than 400-450k in a letter)
  • We do not return the gold that was lost at the auction.
