uraganuu Posted July 3, 2015 Posted July 3, 2015 Actually, no, they didn't. They changed it so people cannot sell(or try to) undergeared garbage toons. Whenever we bought a char, we looked for play time to give us an ideea of how much effort was put in that toon, so we had to scroll dozens of "Played 8h" and naked chars to reach a character that's actually worth buying. As for the high price, they did it to stop certain people from playing the market for absurd profits and then selling that profit either for currency in game or for real ife money.
