Not automatically getting mounts

Hello!

 

I have a problem where I'm not getting the mounts I should get through the mail for completing some achievements(and potentially won't get the tabard) because I alredy completed the achievements on my old character Nyah, but I did it again on Yiff, still I did not get the mails(it's been more than 4 hours and I've alredy relogged).

Erm, I'm just bumping it to say that I'm checking this thread and others every day for answers.
