Some mage/warlock polymorphs/fears...its full after that he waits 3-4 seconds uses poly/fear again its a full fear again... FIX THIS SHIT ITS KIND OF ANNOYING!

The DR is 20seconds

They can cc you in total for 16 seconds, wait 4 seconds(or just shadowfury,coil you) and cast a spell then reCC you.

No Frostshotz, you are not right, at least not exactly. The DR is, was and I think will be 15 seconds, no matter what. That's why they can poly you for 8 sec, fear you for another 8, 16 seconds passed by, they can cast poly again for full, and so on. If you read this post, it is clear that the DR sets in the moment the disable is applied to your target.

Also, please read this: "It should be noted that the server does not reset diminishing returns after exactly 15 seconds. Instead, it checks every 5 seconds if there are any diminishing returns that should be reset because the last spell in their category was cast on the target more than 15 seconds ago. As a result, a particular diminishing return category may take anywhere between 15 and 20 seconds to reset. Most addons guess that a DR category has reset after 18 seconds by default."
