The places can't be revealed unless you do the questline. And the questline is bugged. There's many NPC's that are missing to complete the Place. Date when you tested it: 04-08-15 Realm (x100/x5/Fun): Possibly all realms. Priority of the problem: Would give it a 10/10 because it would be fun if it was working So new 90's could farm low gear before 522/550 Additional explaination about the place.
