Mount problem

So, my main char is on the fun realm, and i went on a 100x realm to lvl up a char to lvl 40 so i can train raiding and get a mount on all of my chars.When i did trained, i wanted to test it out before i buy a mount from the website, so i buyed a random mount from a npc, trained on my char on 100x, then i logged my char on fun realm and i got the mount( so i guess it works). I went to the site, buyed a mount, got it on my 100x realm char, and trained there, and when i logged on my fun realm char, i didnt have the mount... and the point is that i wanted that mount on my fun realm char... and it was a waste of bonuses, i spend 200 bonuses.

So, is it a bug or something? Can i get my bonuses back? 200 bonuses isnt a low price

some mounts are not account wide. why not telling us the mount you got and we will tell you if it is account wide or not

Vicious War Wolf is the mount that i bought, and it looks like that i waste 200 bonuses for nothing, so i would like if a gm can help me out with this.

this is not account wide. you should have seen the mount you are buying before buying it.
