agran10 Posted August 7, 2015 Posted August 7, 2015 1.Description of the problem. -Today i did make new ticket ingame about some problems and after some hours gm replayed me so i decide to mark ticket as Message Read so i did but problem is when i load some map or zone it just popup as same ticket that i did mark as Message Read. 2.How it must work. -After you got help from gm and mark ticket as Message Read it shouldn't popup later as ticket that you have closed by. 3.Date when you tested it. -07.08.2015. 4.Realm (x100/x10/Fun). -Fun. 5.Priority of the problem. -6/10.
