Chi wave and fists of fury, yes, damage of these spells is higher than should.

And actually i found the reason, why fists of fury damage is wrong. There should be * 7.5 * 0.89 (or just 6.675) multiplier in formula, while on our server it's only * 7.5. As result, we have ~12-13% increased damage.
