Hearth stone took me someplace i can't get out of

I'm a night elf and I've never been out of Kolimdor, and my hearth stones says its would to take me to Breezil's Wreck,, but instead it sends to somwhere inside The Lost Isles and it's a Hord territory and i can't get out, help go back home!
