How it works : Bloodthirst does 90% weapon damage and raging blow 190% weapon damage

How it should work : because of the hotfixes bloodthirst should do 108% weapon damage and raging blow 228% weapon damage

Proof: Hotfix (2013-09-23): "Bloodthirst's damage has been increased by 20%."

Hotfix (2013-09-23): "Raging Blow's damage has been increased by 20%."
