Hackers that werent banned

A week ago I faced 2 hackers on an arena, Dendinalocke and Elitewarrior. Today I was scrubbing in the english chat and I found one of them there(Elitewarrior).

 

Care to explain why he's not waiting his 20ish left day ban?

Him hacking on the arena(you can see him "swimming" in the air, which is the animation used for flying hacks/console commands) - Image 1, Image 2, Image 3.

@Edit - According to Bukarasik here they were alredy banned, but yet I found this dude roaming the English chat.
