Need help retrieving character from shop

Awhile back i posted this character: http://cp.pandawow.ru/en/armory/char-3-2966377.html and i went to return it back to my character list but i cant find it on the webshop anymore to return but i can still find it on the site armory. I would like to have this character returned.

Your character doesn't have 7d playtime, therefore can't be sold, if it's not on your account then you probably shared account info with someone and he used 200 bonuses to transfer that character to his or some other account.
