bug on bg

1. If u join bg using mount, inside the bg u are in 240% or 200% speed but without mount, so like speed hack. Can be fixed by using mount but is anoying.

2. Some people when join bg can't use any mount because says "Requires the hability rider", 10/10 anoying.

3. BG buffs on bases like http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=23505/berserking , and all the others, don't work.

4. in Arenas, http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=34709/shadow-sight is not working at all.
