Purehearted Cricket Cage can't be upgraded

1. Purehearted Cricket Cage - http://db.pandawow.me/?item=103801

2. Cant upgrade the item from 553 item level to 561 item level ( from 0/2 to 2/2 ). It doesn't even says it is 0/2 ->[ATTACH=CONFIG]92400[/ATTACH]

3. I should be able to upgrade it even the dungeon journal says so -> [ATTACH=CONFIG]92399[/ATTACH]

4. 15.9.2015 and 16.9.2015

5. Realm x100

6.Priority of the problem - 6/10

Bump this, it's really annoying not being able to Up-grade it , since i also have it and i cant get it to 2/2 since .... well... same thing happened with me on the picture
