I think you should update or upgrade your anticheat system

As you read the title, i think that thing needs a major attention, cause in the past couple of weeks hacker players have tripled, everyday there are about 10+ report about hackers, or you should consider IP banning them all. http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=106849

If you see cheaters, please write a report on the forum, cuz GMs can't monitor it 24/7.
