Legendary cloak on x100 ?

The cloak is only available to get on fun realm.

 

The cloak is down scaled on arena/bg till 540 ilvl.

The item isn't on 100x because the quest chain hasn't been implemented. And pandawow admin is not going to put the item for honor like fun. Because 100x is blizzlike and not "fun"

Just so you know a downscaled cloak or trinkets from SoO or the 600 cape are better than prideful items even at the 540 ilvl. As for the cape you get a extra stat so lets say for feral you get haste, crit and mastery instead of just two of the 3 in the drop off you lose some pvp power but in my mind you gain more in the long run.

 

Just looked at my "Better prideful cape" it's Hit and Mastery. Truly the better cape.

It's only better for certain specs, but stat wise in BG/arenas prideful gives more stats.
