Black Temple raid problems

Hey so i have a problem about the black temple.Me and my friends wanted to raid it .We all got there and entered at the same time. difficulty was set to 25 man (heroic).Everything was going smoothly.But then we got to the Akama fight where the door closes and akama starts using his spell to disrupt illidan's servants.But, when me and my friends entered , the door closed and Akama was just standing there doing nothing. We tried killing servants but they were untargetable.We all had to either use Hearthstone or leave the group.If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me.

I can Suggest trying it in another Difficulty next time, But i am not aware of this bug. I know that there are 2 Akama's at the Last door when he Channels his ability then the door should open Then you just need to proceed and Fight illidan *Dont Kill the 2 green flames very fast , because it can bugg-out ilidan and you will need to wait for the next Raid reset, Just wait 1-3 minutes before you kill the Green Flames "The big 2 elementals" * I will check the raid Morrow when i wake up.
