Seems like a client-side glitch.

Do you have any xmog addons recently installed or something?

Try this:

-delete Cache folder

-repair character on the website

-delete ALL addons except official Blizzard ones(back them up!)

-see if the problem is still there

-if problem is still there, than the issue isn't created due to an addon or client bug, so you'll have to wait for an Administrator to investigate it

tested everything but the problem is still there. Since everything that you change in arena / on cross realm isnt affected outside i guess i "WOULD" have to go to a barbier on "mop cross". But ye no idea how to fix that

This problem is regarding the arena spectator system, you'll have to open a bug tracker report.

It seems that when you assume the morph of a specific model - such as the draenei that I saw in one of your last screenshots - it changes your hair style to the corresponding one used in the NPC, such as hairstyle model 1, 2, 3 and etc(same for colors, that are also counted as numbers).

I've seen another thread like this one before and this seems to be the problem, maybe it is something related specificly to a specific set of human characteristics(such as skin tone 1, hair style 1, etc)? This seems to require a lot of testing so I can notice the patterns.
