Ok so i spent some time editing this one in sony vegas pro let me know what you guys think

Ok.On a normal basis its not bad.You need to bind you'r [stealth].In some cases,in most of cases every milisecond for free restealth is vital.And you'r shadowdance also.Bind it or make macro.Try to be stealthed most of the time if you don't plan on mounting.And yes since Rogue is like an assasin class it needs mobility.I do not use shadowstep because it has long cooldown.I would of suggest you to use Burst of Speed.Its an ability that removes slows and gives practicly free[15 energy] bonus speed[sprint] and has no cooldown.Rogue without mobility is dead Rogue.
