Achivement bugged

Hi with my characters on X100 jokemtp (drood) i have more 100 win arena and i get the achivement but i haven't the 2 Vicious Saddle

So i go on NPC in dalaran and when i put the code (8642/8641) nothing....

And there is my problem's can you help me please , if you can give me it , i will be happy , very happy
