1. He didn't mention being GM anywhere there. perhaps he was pretending that he reported you and the report was accepted

2. Coloured text was not used on purpose. It's the {g1} command that does that. And I don't think that using in-game commands is bannable.

1. He was doing it constantly but we didn't get the screenshots of it, this one proves it, read it once more and you'll see, and it was not accepted fyi.

Colored text: using any kind of method to change the color of your text - 1000 minutes.

 

Any kind as said if you read the rules you would see it's a violation of rules. (like hell nobody even reads rules here)
