fenrir Posted December 3, 2015 Posted December 3, 2015 For one, you probably should have waited to finish the rest of the chain until you bought them all. At one point in the quest chain, you are disguised as an Orc from the Dragonmaw in Shadowmoon Valley. It is during that period you can talk with the npcs because they do not immediately see you for what you are. Once you lose your cover, you can no longer immediately buy the Drakes. I'd suggest to you if you have other characters who are high enough lvl and have not done the chain to try with one of them, especially if you're on x100.
