Lanstus Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 Ok so erm... I forgot my PandaWoW Password but the password reset e-mail is just not arriving, I've tried several times checked all of my e-mails... it's just not here, help me out >.
Nemifest Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 Currently Pandawow are having problems with Hotmail/Outlook, sometimes Gmail, but less often. So basically, we need your E-mail to be changed, therefore you have to go by these new "rules" for this option. 1. Account name. 2. Realm. 3. Current Email on your account, and the Email you want to be changed to. 4. Your IP address, indicate all of them. 5. Proof, that you really are the owner of the account, and Email ( If Microsoft have deleted your Hotmail/Outlook, you don't have to. If you forgot your account password and doesn't receive the mail to your E-mail. Tell us something about your latest account purchases. ) 6. Decribe your problem, and why you want to change your Email. Do this in "other problems" section.
