Bonus from mixology is not working as i know. So, stacking Alchemist's Flask with other flasks/elixirs gives no advantage over other professions. Its not bannable.

 

But how it should work:

When alchemists uses a flask for 1k stat, they are should get 1320 stat instead (because of Mixology ).

And Alchemist's Flask should not stack with any other flasks/elixirs.
