Should incrase ticks haste on your DOTed enemies, without need to re-apply dots to all, during 30s. Because this maldiva is fat like you.. (because is 3c and u have to keep all up all time??) The bug is a big lose of time/dmg during the 30s burst.

Deielrion Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 Someone should look into, in general, whether dots applied during the time you have a proc change if your proc ends before the dot ends. It should be a similar case to this, but I don't think this was the case on retail. If you applied a dot with a proc, it is suppose to apply consistent damage over the entire duration (regardless of whether you get additional procs/lose procs)(I THINK??)
