If you buy something from the website and don't log in for a while after you buy it, and you don't know if ur bags are full. If you don't get the items u bought are there logs of everything that I've bought? So I can get the items I bought.

Fast answer, there are logs for everything i suppose. But if your bags are full and you bought an item, just free your bags and relog ^^

Thanks, I know that but I was just wondering if it would matter if I didn't log on for a while I'm in school atm. Probably won't be back for atleast 2-3 hours. Does that matter?

If you purchased the item since over a month then i'm not pretty sure, if its been some weeks or days it should still work. ^^

Hello, I'll add some things there and here and hopefully it'll make an understanding.

 

Pandawow administration do have log of ANY log of your account, that's why we have donate problem section http://forum.pandawow.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=166

 

If you've bought something like 1 month ago, you need to specify that, because if not. We will assume it's recent ( 3-4 days approx ) and if it's not there, we can't confirm you've bought it.

 

But yes, if you have bought something long time ago, and didn't log into the character you've bought the item for, and bags are full. You can easily just clear space and relog, you'll receive the item afterwards.
