censore Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 My conquest hasn't reset for 1 character while the rest have gotten a reset i repaired 5 times deleted and restored my character deleted cache folder

If the cap is not reset just after the server restart, this means that the Administration is busy at the moment, and the cap reset will occur some hours later. You can try to use the repair service "Reset talents" And tell us if it worked.

Juster Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 The problem could be if the player during a reset is in Battlegrounds or Arena. It's will be fixed in next few days.
