2. It silences on DoT's.

3. Like it says in the tooltip "Forms a sanctuary around the friendly target, instantly silencing and disarming all enemies for 4s, in addition, enemies within the Ring of Peace who attack or cast harmful spells will be disarmed and silenced for an additional 4s."

So what this means is that it would only trigger after you got a successful HARMFUL spell off. Harmful by definition are spells that directely interacts with the ENEMY target, so the caster has to be actively casting a harmful spell at the emeny target in ring of peace to trigger the effect.

 

An example how it should work: Ring of Peace is applied on a target which stands on me->I get the initial silence effect when RoP is getting used, after that I cast a http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=348/immolate -> it would only silence me when the cast went off on my target successfuly, and it would only silence on the INITIAL dmg of applying it.

6. 8/10 alot of reasons why this is important,

for example I got 1immolate rolling in 2v2, he uses RoP, I want to use my globals with non harmful spells like Fear, but I get interrupted twice while doing so.

 

Proof that it bugs on pandawow: ( please go on youtube and make it 720P )

 

Proof how Ring of Peace was on retail: ( had to look trough alot of shit to find this....)

As you can see I got a full dotline on a target that stands close to me while ring is active and it does not trigger it's silence.

 

If you want me to explain anything shown or if anything was unclearly written let me know.

 

This report is mainly adressing the bugged "triggering" of it's silence. But i'd like to add information what elese is bugged.

Other bugs:

 

1. The internal CD is bugged. Proof below:

2. Ring of Peace is in your buff bar instead of your debuff bar.

 

3. The range seems bugged comparable to Spirit Linktotem.

Proof for points 1,2 and 3 below.

I felt like there is no need to make a vid when it's reported with proof.

 

I just got home, I work long later shifts. Can't provide it righ now.

2. It silences when you use any kind of ability/spell.

What I mean with this is that "Ring of Peace" should ONLY trigger a silence ( after the fist one that gets triggered when applying the spell. When casting and harmful spell.

 

If you give me some time I could provide proof.

Hm reaaally weird. Testing right now. Does not trigger as it used to.

Ok I could solve the reason why it triggers Silence.

 

It triggers off Dot DMG, which it should obviously not.

 

Proof:

 

 

I also know why most classes don't seem to have noticed. Cause I only have 1dot, afflis instantly full DR themselves cause the internal CD of it is bugged.

But I guess it is just a response/scripting problem how long a condition should stay which is AoE.

Check after update, i made some changes

 

really nice, but remember, if you walk out of rof and he reconnects, it should not resilence, it has a ICD of 3 seconds or so
