Description of the problem: It doesn't do anything, only shows the effect. Doesn't give the ability, or buff.

 

How it must work: It should give you a 1h buff, and give you class abilities like.

 

Date when you tested it: 2-6-16

 

Realm (x100/x5/Fun): x100, possibly xfun too.

 

Priority of the problem: 10/10 doesn't work at all.
