Rawenyo Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 Corruption (http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=172/corruption) Spell power coefficient is incorrect: ''Corrupts the target, causing (235.87% of Spell power) Shadow damage over 18 sec.'' Unbuffed, my Corruption's damage per tick is 10 214 and it has 12 ticks. 10 214 x 12 = 122568 My Spell Power is 33 118 33 118 / 100 x 235.87 = 78 115.4266 = 78 115 So, by all logic if I mouseover my Corruption spell, it should say: ''Corrupts the target, causing 78 115 Shadow damage over 18 sec.'' What it actually says: ''Corrupts the target, causing 67 680 Shadow damage over 18 sec.'' Realm is Fun and I'd rate this 7/10 since Corruption is important Spell for Affliction warlocks.

Nemifest Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 (edited) The spell power "bonus" isn't 235.87% That's the WoD description, look in the changelog and calculate it like that :D http://web.archive.org/web/20140204211228/http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=172#used-by-npc Is the correct one ( Don't hover, click on the link ) Edited February 13, 2016 by Nemifest
Noneedholy Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 ''Corrupts the target' date=' causing (235.87% of Spell power) Shadow damage over 18 sec.''[/quote'] that is wrong. You linked the WoD corruption. Read it again and look for the 5.4 Changelog

However, it still says: ''Corrupts the target, causing 67 680 Shadow damage over 18 sec.''

Where do u get 1584? What's 50 764.23 ? You mean 50764.23? Edited February 13, 2016 by Nemifest
Rawenyo Posted February 13, 2016 Author Posted February 13, 2016 Why 49180.23 + 1584? Where do u get 1584? ''Corrupts the target, causing 1548 (+148.5% of Spell Power) Shadow damage over 18 sec. '' That's what it says in the link you gave me. - - - Updated - - - Why 49180.23 + 1584? Where do u get 1584? Even without that 1548 the damage is still too low.

Nemifest Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 Seems like you're not willing to fix the Warlocks even though I gave proofs how broken they are... I'm just saying that I got something different than what you got. I'm not saying that it's untrue. Could you upload a video with that DoT ticking?
Noneedholy Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 Lock formulas from spells are fine. Already been tested by furmetal.
