problem with password change

Hi sorry , I'm trying to change the password on my own but when I send an e-mail does not reach me ?

try sending an email password recovery and has not arrived

I have been trying about five days and still nothing

corroborate if it was opening mail that was linked to my account and everything is fine , but I do not get the email

I looked at the email and there is nothing anywhere

help?

Have you checked every folder in your E-mail.

Spam folder and others etc.

If you have Hotmail/Outlook, we have a little problem with connecting to that.

We'll need you to change your E-mail to other mails, than microsoft, I recommend G-mail/Yahoo etc.
