Should Scatter DR? I'm pretty sure every cc should have dr (atleast with it self) , because I've faced double hunter/ priest and they cast Scatter ( 4 sec ) then Scatter once more (+ 4 sec ) and then comes double trap or sting.. Only if you are dashing like warrior's Heroic Leap or Charge, Nitro boost if he catches you and you return then yes, but when he did that while you were standing or moving at low speeds

then the range is not legit since its practicly melee range Ability/Spell.

 

That is my opinion but in the other hand Dragon's Breath is a bugged ability, so yeah we'll see what other members think of this "Issue".

1,9k mmr on PandaWoW is 1,3k retail. So to be fair, you got 1,3k as double mage. If you wanna impress or prove your point, i'd suggest you to do so when you got at least 2,5k+ as double mage. :)
